Atkins 12 – 1 Strangers

I think it was Tom? from Dynamo Holbeck who got Stranger’s one and only goal.

There’s no shame in losing by such a big margin to the best, especially since we lose every week anyway. There’s just always more running involved in a game against Atkins! (probably not helped by our sloppy marking)

And once again, thanks to the ref for filling the keeper’s spot. Pretty sure the score would have been even worse if it wasn’t for him!

Some selfish performances from our golden boot challengers, still not playing as well as we should be, although shouldn’t complain too much after a 12-1 win and good to get back to winning ways, don’t want to go into the last game of the season needing a point against Holbeck.

Very tight game that had 0-0 written all over it (although for the last 5 minutes it had 4-1 to GWP written all over it). Good game and GWP should rightly feel aggrieved to get nothing out of it.
